Tail light
Does anyone know where I can pick up a new tail light bar? They're a little spendy at $135 or so, and if anyone knows where I can get one for less, I'd appreciate it. My bike is a 1995, and the guy I bought it from backed it into a fire hydra

    Tim, The tail light is held onto the rear of the bike with 2 screws oneither side of the lock catch. They are attached to 2 rectangularplates that hold the light on. Picture a "C" , the plates enters thehole thru the openin

    Do you still have the 2 rubber washers that sit on top (I glued mine on) of those 2 metal plates? These make it possible to tighten the top of the light bar. If those metal plates are stripped, you might find some at Lowes or an auto part st

    Cheap or temp fix is Duct-Tape. Proper fix would be to repair the plastic part. Sounds like tough job. Anybody tackle it before? Might be a better way to fix them.
