DIY Windscreen extension - Part 1

Just found the photo for a Rifle PC800 windscreen (

colour block - rather than the original foil tint that comes off with a pressure
washer...

My screen will need changing in the near future, so even if I do go all Beverly
Hillbilly on it, it's no serious problem... this is why I started on the
extension project in the first place (before finding a replacement windshield -
there are still some after market one's in stock according to a couple of
distributors, and at reasonable prices - though at the moment, 180 euros / 230
bucks is too much at the moment!

Anyway, it could be a future thermoplastic project... but I'm already working on
replacement wingmirror molds first (either heat formed acrylic or hand formed
Fimo plastic over a plaster base)...
