Hi Daniel--

I also did a similar homemade laminar lip about a year and a half ago. You can
check the pictures under "Tad's PC" in the photo section. I used a plexiglass
scrap I had and shaped it after cutting it out. I shaped it by putting the
plexiglass over an aluminum D-shaped form and put it in the oven at 250F for a
few minutes. Details of the extension, and how I attached it can be seen in the
pictures and posts related to the project (post number 85908). Good luck,
