Just got my BFG installed and balanced today. That guy is right about mounting
the tire. I work at a auto repair and tire shop, so we lubed it up really good,
but went a little over 100 psi to get it to seat on both sides. Then, I took it
to Cycle Gear for balancing. First impression after riding a few miles is that
you can feel a little tread sway but I'm sure that will get better as it breaks
in. It does feel smoother and more stable when riding at higher speeds. I sure
got some funny looks from some of the guys I work with when they saw me mounting
the car tire. Like the other guy, I will update later as I get some miles on the
new tire.
I glad I finally joined the Darkside!!!
