Yeah for Seattle Silver Rattle Can Touch Up Paint!

Hi Mike,

I doubt things are much different down in Norfolk than they are up here in
Northern VA. You shouldn't have to remove any plastic. I take my bike to the
Honda dealer for inspection, but apparently any inspection station can do it. A
few weeks ago I saw a guy on a bike waiting in line at a local Shell station
that does inspections. I don't really want to have my bike "inspected" by
someone who doesn't know motorcycles, but if I didn't have a convenient
motorcycle shop nearby I might have second thoughts about that.

The local shop is also cool with putting the inspection sticker where I want it
on top of some 3M paint protectant film so it doesn't ruin the plastic.
