Still need windshield help
Written by docpolycarp on 6/13/2011 at 02:09 am

Somewhere in the archives, two individuals separately described using tape to
remove their windshield coating. One used packing tape, the other used duct
tape, pressing the tape on in strips then removing it. They said the coating
came off with the tape and both related good results in reducing the haze by
removing the coating on the inside of the windshield. They warmed not to remove
the area with the dark film at the base of the windshield.

That's probably the quickest and easiest place to start in trying to address a
badly hazed windshield.
