Wind noise is why the 89 guy pulled out, but that doesn't really bother me. I
try to ride high with my head in the wind as much as I can. (After all, it's
105+ here in Roswell lately. <g>)

But with those temps, yeah, maybe going shieldless would be OK for the summer.

But I do have another offer of a windshield, this one from my year, so I'll see.
(I'll still need to take it off. :-( )

Again, all I have is a circular saw. DOn't think that would work. ;-) But if I
CAN'T figure out the instructions, that's most likely what I'll have to do. :-(

And it is as bad as I say. Trading from the PC to the Silver Wing is like night
and day, literally. The WIng is just as tall, but I can see through it, top to
bottom.

Phil was kind enough to send me a shop[ manual, and once I finally FOUND the
section on the removal, it seemed clear as mud, but whatever happens, I"m going
to give it a try soon.

Thanks for the advice on keeping track. I'll keep tape and colored markers with
me, and I every piece. (I'm STILL amazed I got the parts back on correctly after
taking all the body panels off.)
