Rear running/brake lights failing

Help...getting the bike ready and ran into what I thought was just a burned out
bulb problem. Now, 2 days, wire harness check and some soldering, 6
bulbs....still burning them out for some reason. Random one side or the other.
All fuses check out. Any help is great. Cant really see going down the highway
with no active brake lights and am now running out of time and ideas.

Thought I had it all doing good. Took it on a road test and came back to burned
out again. One bulb stays on and hot so atleast I do have some rear light
coverage but....help. I really just want to get it fixed.
