Cam Plugs Need Replacing

Ok, I'm tearing into the PC to fix a coolant leak and decided to do everything
at the same time.

I searched the Files and Database sections and can't find a step by step file
for changing out the cam plugs for new non-leaky ones. Even Youtube and Google
had nothing. Any one know where I can find a little help?
