What do you use to lube your cables?

Update--Yeah I screwed up and used the wrong stuff.

I have ordered the magic tool from Motion Pro. First order of business will be
cleaning out all the junk with Contact Cleaner then lube cable with PJ1 cable
lube.

Hope this helps someone else avoid the mess I just made of my cables with the
wrong lube. : O
