The ebay one has free shipping to most of the continental US, so it's
slightly cheaper than the JCW one.
The JCW one is *smaller*, and wouldn't have held my backpack.
The *plate* on the JCW one is a givi MC style, and I *think* the rack would
have obviated the need for the plate on that one. It came set up looking
like the plate in the pic on the JCW site.
Even tho I had to make a plate adapter, I think I like the one I have
better than the JCW one. Fits my needs better.
