Need help for seat upholstering

You may want to be careful with the idea of using memory foam in the seat.
Memory foam is heat sensitive. This means that when you start taking the heat
out, it gets very stiff - meaning in cold weather it may feel like you are
sitting on a brick, till the seat warms up. I have never tried it on the seat, I
have had memory foam in cold weather and it is harder than a rock. I don't know
where you hail from, so if you live in the south, it is unlikely you would have
an issue. But if you ride in the cold, I think the seat would be pretty stiff.
