A third place is the air box boots. I just put a bunch of silicone sealant on
mine. Also I can vouch for the oil filter getting loose and leaking. I just
tightened mine for the second time in 3000 miles. Hopefully those are the two
causes of my current oil leaks :-)

Cheers!

repair or was it a shop? Guess two is that the leak is the oil filter. I've had
them leak before and just a little more tightness stopped the leak. A bad oil
filter O ring could be the cause also. Replace the filter and see what happens?
I do what little maintenence my PC needs because even something as simple as a
oil change can be botched. Does the Blue Bell Cafe still have butterscotch
pie?(:

big leak, just annoying and would like to fix it. Thanks all!

Hey Mark, There's an oil seal just behind the clutch slave cylinder that may be leaking. I think you have to pull the left side cover to replace that one. When I did my stator, I replaced that seal - just because. It wasn't leaking much

John is so right on this one Mark. I also had this seal replaced when I had my cam plugs done. The water pump is in the same location and it too was leaking oil from its engine seal. All these items end up dripping from the same location on t
