First Ride on my 96 Pacific coastWritten by revconprince on 3/11/2012 at 01:41 amThe brakes may get better with use. It may be safe to assume you new PC sat
unused for a while. The pads may be hard and glazed, especially if the previous
rider never braked hard. Secondly, you do have to get used to non-integrated
braking again. You are probably very used to the Wing, which applies one side of
the front brake when you press the rear peddle. The PC does not have that power
assist. It took me a while to get used to that. I kept over braking the rear
wheel.
