You are on your own. Both of my PC's came with OEM grills and I put Hona marine

Subject: PC800: Speaker grills

Hey guys, While my PC is at the shop getting repaired, I want to determine how
I'm going to go about adding speakers to the fairing. I looked and cannot find
any "how to" guides. Are there off the shelf speaker grills available or will I
have to fabricate my own? Whats the best method to cut out the speaker holes?

Craig

I fabricated my own from 6" round speaker grills. Just measure cut and bend (mine stood off the panel surface by about 1/4" instead of being flush). Take your time. A final pass with black spray paint will keep them looking good. Then

Mine didn't have speakers, so I took the dash off, cut out the holes using the pattern laid into the plastic dash, sanded it down cleanly, and fabricated the speaker 'covers' by going to the auto junkyard and going through the cars until I fo

Craig, the panel where the speaker grills go is designed to be removed, id. the goove makes the plastic there thinner than the rest of the panel. Artful use of an Xacto knife and a little finishing will do the job. For speaker grills I us
