Is that the coolant level or am I seeing things?

Hi Ben .... been there and thought the same as you. What I have resorted to
doing is parking the bike in a dark(ish) area, remove the coolant reservoir dash
panel. Then shine a flashlight down through the panel hole while looking up
beside the RH fork from below. There are a couple of lines on the reservoir tank
that become visible and the level can easily be seen. I usually have it near to
the top level when the bike is at operating temperature.
