put bike on center stand
Written by revconprince on 3/21/2012 at 12:51 pm

Yes, the PC is extremely easy to put on the center stand. I've had gotten very
used to my Goldwings. The biggest trick to putting any bike on the center stand
is DO NOT LIFT UP. PULL BACK. Your weight on the lever is enough to lift the
bike as far up as it needs to go. Your hand is to pull backward, NOT up. There
is no way you can lift a 900 lbs or 600 lbs bike with your hand. That is why you
struggle. You can also lean your leg into the rear trunk to help push it back.
Basically, once the bike tops out the suspension, the motion is backwards, not
up.
