Bike won't start

My 94 had similar symtoms one time. I had to tow it home from work. After
checking everything, I added some fuel and it cranked right up. My co-riders
really gave me a hard time on this. But I am positive it was not out of gas.
That was the first thing I checked. I figured it was some kind of quirky vacuum
issue.
