Looks like he is using a Rifle base to attach the shield to the bike.
Coasters, if you though the Rifle shield flopped around? sno-go shields are
designed to stay pliable when cold and (hopefully) survive a roll without
shattering, so keep that in mind before you whip out your credit card.

It comes from a snow mobile! Picture of the bike with shield:

Googling shows that they retail for $50-100 online. Not sure of the exact model
but it appears we have yet another choice for windshields. Has anyone else seen
a PC with a snow mobile shield?
