My dash rattle turned out to be the slanted panels that the doors for storage and radiator are on. The tabs on either side right next to my knees were broken that the hex bolt screws into.

But I put in little rubber spacers next to my speakers, little spacers above and below the actual black plastic over the instrument panel and it turned out to be those slanted panels. I'm lazy and have not glued them yet to correct the problem because a slight movement with my knees will correct the problem, but it's on my list.
