He said he does not hear the squeak stooping still and bouncing the suspension. Shock mounts squeak as soon as you sit on the bike. I've replaced the shock bushings on two of my bikes. Greasing them is only a temp fix and the rubber mounts along with the brass bushings should be replaced, usually only needed on the bottom mounting holes. Cheap fix.

Hi Coasters,Since Bobb brought up the subject of dash rattles, I have one that I haven't seen asked. Squeaky suspension...... Is it common for a PC to be squeaky when riding down the road. It is very apparent when going slow

    Squeaky suspension...... Is it common for a PC to be squeaky when riding down the road.......................My PC doesn’t squeak but when I’ve had a bike do it, it has been the shocks mounts. Undo them and greaseBobb ToddOwen

    I have had a squeak in the rear suspension that realy annoyed me too. I found that the springs were rubbing on the shock bodies, so dismantled the shock and put large electrical shrink tube over the shock body and heated it to shrink it on. I also fi
