Did you reinstall the rubber gasket when changing the windshield?

Yes it was there. 2 hours of pulling apart left me no closer to a solution. Made sure all was assembled correctly. Stuffed a rag over top of the instrument cluster but the rattle is still there.

You can stop it by squeezing the dash and instrument surround together. I think I’ll try going at it from the front IE the dash itself
