I used to have a noticeable rattle when the temperature was under 40 degrees. I figured the rubber motor mounts were stiff when cold. Tracing the rattle down and finding out what mount is broken or missing a tightened screw is going to take being there with good hearing and the bike on the centerstand. Probably need a helper to keep the engine running at the right RPM. When you locate where the noise is coming from, then taking things apart will make sense. What I've seen so from your posts, still not pinned down enough. Good luck.
