Wow you have had many close scrapes! I'm glad you're still here to tell the tale and still riding.

By chance do you have any friends with a 3D printer? With some clever tinkering, they could print you a new mirror assembly (just add glass and paint). If you don't count the cost of making the design in a CAD software package, the actual cost of producing the part is maybe $10-15 for something that large. If I had the equipment, I would start printing out things like that. It's a thought anyway.

Keep away from big truck tires!
