The Great LED Experiment, Part 2

Umm, correct me here if my basic electronics is off here, but isn't a LOAD
measured by power = Watts. You need to draw more current, not less, to
simulate a LOAD.

i.e., a shunt. A parallel path with low resistance (same resistance as the
brake lamp bulb) which negates any "power saving" in using LED's.

This is in reference to keeping the turn signal relay from "fast flashing"
only..

That's what I was counting on, but it's good to hear verification.

Yeah, that much I knew, and I plan to just get the "load mimic" inline
gizmos to
simulate the load rather than mess with the factory flash equipment. They
don't cost that much and I'll be in there re-wiring anyway.
