Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Hi all,

My '89 PC is in PeiCes in the garage. I am replacing the fork
seals, and while I am there I will be putting in Progressive Springs
and Roller head bearings. I also picked up a master cylinder
because the view window on my old one was so weathered you could not
see anything (still looking for a clutch master). While I am this
far into it I was planning on switching over to SSTL front brake
lines.

Galfer lines only shows compatibility for '94-'98 while Spiegler
shows compatibility from '90-'98. From what I have seen Galfer is a
little less expensive than Spiegler and appears to be more readily
available.
I know the parts list shows different part numbers for '89-'90, '94-
'96 and '97-'98.

Can the WOTL tell me if the difference is enough that they won't
work or can slight modifications be made to allow it?
