Hey "Scar"

The fuse box is an easy first look. If that is good then start at
the lights and work backward. It's possible that both lights are
burned out. If you've had your tires changed recently, they might
not have reconnected the rear wiring to the tail lights assembly well
enough. Use a test light or VOM meter to check for voltage at the
bulb sockets and connectors (brakes applied and ign. on of course).
After that, I would check your brake light switches - handbrake and
foot brake till you find where the power stops. If you have power
all the way back to the brake lights and the bulbs are good, then you
should start looking for a bad ground.

Hope this helps,
