!998 PC 800 Crack Tail Light

I tried a Utopia backrest many years ago and did not care for it. For one thing,
it made it more difficult to swing a leg over the seat, and secondly, I found
that I tended to slump my back into the pad rather than sitting up straight;
poor posture when riding causes a burning pain through my upper back and
shoulders.

I sometimes have lower back spasms that can last for weeks, and which make even
walking a painful chore. My lower back pains are alleviated by following the
exercises listed in "The Bad Back Book" by Jerry Wayne ($13 @

&s=books&qid=1274374301&sr=8-1
), however, when I lapse in doing the exercises
and the spasms return, I resort to wearing a "Back-A-Line" support full-time (
http://www.back-a-line.com/ ), and this greatly reduces the pain so that I can
walk without discomfort. Like Mac, I also wear the Back-A-Line when riding
long-distance, even when I have no back spasms, and it helps me to sit
straighter, thus preventing both the lower back spasms and the upper back
burning.

I recommend both the Back-A-Line and "The Bad Back Book".

Be seeing you,
