Tony's hitch build

Tony, question on the hitch. It looks permanently attached where it bolts on
the frame above the rear tire, so once the plastic is back on accessing the
bolts is not available. Because the inserts that go into the frame tubes are
welded they look permanent, too. Because it's welded it looks like the bar
between the inserts tubes that holds the tube for the hitch is permanently
attached.

So, once you have this all bolted and welded in place how do you remove the rear
tire with this hitch installed?
