Almost a PC owner

I am not sure what I am doing wrong...

But for the life of me I cannot get to most of the links that are posted on this
site. I "almost always" get 'Document not found' when I click on a link (the
one below is a perfect example).

I also get that effect clicking on the files and links lists.

I have tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer; I have tried to get through
the link immediately after signing in to the group as well as after I have been
reading the posts for a half hour.

Any suggestions are welcome
