In 2005 I had Rick Mayer built a seat for me and my maiden voyage with it was a
5 week ride out to Leland's PCH ride and back. Great ride, great seat, so much
better than the Corbin and the stock seat. I bought the leather version of the
seat from Rick and it is holding up well after about 87,000 miles of use.

I've had a Rick Mayer saddle on Nata Harli since 2001. It's the best money I've
spent on the bike, hands down. The Rick Mayer saddle gets my recommendation.

I used the stock seat back in July, 1998 when I bought my 1998 PC800 new from the dealer (too bad more people didn't). During the first week of ownership I rode to Marysville, Ohio for the 1998 Honda Homecoming. Half way there, about 3 hours,

I thought my stock seat was comfortable enough until my latest PC came with a Corbin. It took a little getting use to the firmness but after hopping back and forth between the old and new bike its obvious that the Corbin is much more comforta

I have the stock seat and am fine with it for most rides. However, if I know I'm going to be in the saddle all day, I use a small sponge-filled air cushion from REI that cost less than $30. http

I was satisfied with the stock seat but on longer trips would use a sheepskin. I didn't notice a big difference using the sheepskin on my 4000mi.+ trip last month with the Corbin seat. I used it most of the time anyway just because I had it a
