Problems with my PC

Hi
everybody

After having my PC in the garage with out using it for a long time
I am having a problem reving the engine it won't rev past 2000 RPMs?

It turns on with out a problem but as soon as I hit the throttle it chokes.

What can I do?

Can I fix this I hate anyone touching my bike I rather fix it my self.

Please help.
