Engine cutting out--AGAIN

This also happens when the fuel tank is not venting properly to atmosphere. The
pump creates a vacuum in the tank causing the same effect. Once the tank
equalizes then fuel flows normally again.

This is easy to check. When this happens again, stop immediately and remove the
fuel cap. If there is a sudden inrush of air you know you had a partial vacuum
in there and that the fuel tank venting system is not working properly.
