Alternate front tires
Written by chorizoneggs on 9/8/2010 at 05:57 am

I am now using a Bridgestone Battlax rear tire mounted backwards.
6500 miles and they are starting to cup. Not sure but I think any tire you put
on a PC will cup sooner or later. I originally got the BA
for more tooth on the dirt roads where I live and it does well in this regard. I
think I will get another 4 or 5k so it in line with most others mentioned. What
I did notice right away is the head shake of the Dunlop is non existent. I am
attributing the shake to the Dunlop because as soon as I put the BA on I could
ride with no hands straight and confident without the slightest wiggle. Im still
looking for a toothier tire.
