De-restricted CDI
Written by jm_byrd on 9/22/2010 at 04:34 am

Does anybody out there know anything about these so-called de-restricted CDI's
that are available after market? Do they work?

Supposed to improved performance...better throttle response, eliminate rev/speed
limiter. Sounds too good to be true.

I'm probably not the only PC rider out there who wouldn't mind a bit more snap
from his mount. Such a great handling bike, but a bit more acceleration would
be nice.

I'd like to hear from others of like mind on the subject of improving the PC's
performance by any method, not just Magic CDI's.

Thanks, and looking forward to any reply.

Hello, Kerrvillians! I've made two trips down there to partake in the annual May/June Kerrville Folk Music Festival, and you live in a really beautiful area of Texas. My first trip there in 2002 was to complete a 1500-mile/24 hour Iron Bu

I love the Kerrville area! Its hill country central, there's good riding in all directions. Dang, I was in the area in May and didn't see anything pertaining to a music fest? I like the ride to Medina for pie and the road south from Hunt is a

You Kerrville folks really ought to plan to hook up with the Motorcycle Sport Touring Association (MSTA - formerly known as the Honda Sport Touring Association, or HSTA - but since they allow all brands to join, they wisely decided to remove

You guys crack me up! I suspect that there is a super-secret PC800 support group for bikes with corpulent owners-mine included! What they must say about us in meetings! "Hi I'm BlackBird, I'm a '94 with an owner who doesn't take me o
