De-restricted CDI

If memory serves, we determined that the de-restricted CDIs apply only to
European and other markets where horsepower is restricted in the case of
novice/learning riders. Essentially, a de-restricted CDI for them = stock CDI
for us.
Many of us have said it many times. If it is horsepower and more performance you
want, you need a different bike. Or, in my case, I could drop 50 pounds from my
carcass and Hobbes would feel more spright.
