Trunk Latch Alternative - Part II

Tried re-namimg, re uploading, even tried a different file. Still looks like it
is not recognized even though it IS a PDF.

Never had this problem uploading a file before.

Anyone see if they can open it?

If not, the pic will have to do until Yahoo decides to cooperate.
