Yuasa Battery Life

I just bought a 12-BS from NAPA for about $70.00, my other one lasted about 2
years. I ride almost daily, but I just recently heard it's still good to keep
your battery on a charger to extend it's life. Maybe I could have got another
year out of it.

Hi Coasters, I think the battery on my '90 is getting ready to go. Every once in a while, it sounds like it's dead or dying. Then all of a sudden, it comes back to life. I'm watching it pretty closely... Just for grins, I went and

        Rusty, If you ride your bike almost every day a good distance, not little short runs, you do not need to put it on a charger. One important thing is to properly fully charge your new batteries before you put them into service and don't ever l
