Progressive Springs, worth it?
Written by goldwingman40 on 10/6/2010 at 04:45 am

Stan,
They are a very good improvement in handling and stability of the frontend and
eliminate it bottoming. I have had them I my 89 PC since I got it in 94. I also
had them in my 85 GL1200 and have them in my 92 GL1500. The only other thing
that helps the frontend stability is the installation of tapered roller steering
head bearings in place of the ball bearings.
