More mods - wind defection for feet

No these are different. Dave's mod solves the problem of the PC800
fairing not extending low enough to block air blowing on your boots.
Now if we attached ductwork to the BB Wings and directed heat to the
feet that would work. We could then use our PC's in the next version
of Back to the Future.
